Delicious food, great drinks, and stellar service. We went to Woodstock for a weekend and stopped into Sante twice while we were in town. The bartender was a delight, funny, attentive, and made tasty cocktails. The pork koftas are a must and their new brunch menu looked divine. We ate our way through a decent portion of the menu and everything was amazing! Can't wait to go back next time I am in the area.

Everything we had was excellent including the cocktails! We went to lunch there 2 days in a row because we wanted to try everything! The owner and staff were super nice. Best spot we found in Woodstock!

I really liked this cozy restaurant. Nice atmosphere, delicious food and perfect service. I had “roasted beets, whipped feta, hazelnuts and honey” and “Vermont rabbit, Parisian gnocchi, crispy mushrooms, Parmesan” - I’m not allergic to anything so it was perfect choice for me I’ll recommend to try roasted beets, interesting combination, it was very delicious

10/10, five stars, best meal you’re going to find! Ohhhh man, where to start? Sante had a comfortable farm to table atmosphere, and you walk in to the staff busily helping guests. We were greeted so quickly by both the host and the owner Matt. He and his staff were all so friendly and quick to ask how our evening was going, and checked up on our food throughout the night. My husband had an old fashioned and said it was the best he’s ever had; I’m pregnant so I was only able to enjoy a mocktail, which was so good too. The meal was SO FRESH. Get the mangalitsa! Locally farmed and incredibly flavorful. I don’t have enough good things to say about our experience at Sante. Just go here for yourself.

Beautiful and simple design. The food is always really good. We love the crab toast. The staff is helpful and friendly. Peanut allergy friendly which we really appreciate. We will be back.

Sante has achieved that elusive trifecta of cuisine, service, and hospitality. Starting with high quality ingredients, many from their own local farm, Chef Beisler elevates them into fresh, modern presentations that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The small, focused menu changes frequently, but the steak tartare, mushroom toast and housemade pasta were standouts on this visit. The beverage program, curated by Matt Lombard, offers compelling pairings that perfectly complement the eclectic dishes. Service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Although I visited on one of the busiest weeks of the year, the dining experience still felt relaxing and enjoyable. Sante is one of the finest dining experiences in Vermont, and I can’t wait to return.

From start to finish it was a great experience for our 30th anniversary we reserved two seats at the bar and happened to be sitting next to a couple celebrating their 29th anniversary. Food, drinks and the whole vibe was afantastic. Bartender was so sweet and attentive and the music selection was upbeat and from our era . Loved our meal. Great night

My husband and I decided to visit Woodstock last week. Sante was our splurge dinner. What a quaint place! We loved the decor and atmosphere. Fine dining without a huge bill. My whiskey sour was superb. Fresh and delicious. We ordered the biscuits with bacon and jalapenos butter... So good! Our entres were the seared Halibut over fresh spinach, and dessert was a baked apple with Carmel, marscipone, and pecans. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were beautiful. Service was excellent! If we are in the area again we will definitely go back.
